Hooray! CareerLife Nigeria is Two Years Old Today!

Unofficially CareerLife Nigeria has been existent for 4 years but we officially moved from our small blog to a full fledged information hub for Young Nigerian graduates and professionals 2years ago.

Our Vision is to help young nigerians achieve measurable growth in their career and here is how we have made steps towards achieving that:

  • Consistent CareerLife Nuggets that has helped over 2k young professionals
  • Consistent Monthly Twitter Mentoring sessions with an average of 150  participants monthly
  • Consistent career content on our information platform with a readership of over 18k
  • Launch of the Employability Fitness Program(1.0 and 2.0) which has impacted of 300 young Nigerians.

We hope to do more in the coming years and give back to Nigerians. We also have more initiatives coming up.

Yewande Jinadu is the Founder of CareerLife Nigeria(careerlife.com.ng) and also a Strategic HR Business Partner of a leading tech firm. She's a certified HR Professional with a mix of Generalist and Specialist Experience who supports the business to achieve it's goals through the people. Her social initiative, CareerLife Foundation solving UN SDG Goal 8 is aimed at reducing unemployment by helping graduates and professionals become Employable and accelerate their career growth. Yewande holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources International (SPHRi) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), USA. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and has a Practitioners License to practice HR in Nigeria. She's the Convener of the Employability Fitness Program, an initiative aimed at helping young graduates overcome interview Phobia and the barriers in Recruitment process through mentoring.
